Additional information

The course consists of 20 hours of training, combining online lectures and offline practice. It is available in Ukrainian or Russian and includes online lectures conducted via ZOOM and offline practical sessions held in Kyiv or other major cities. Participants will receive an ONWF-accredited certification as a Nordic Walking Instructor along with an ONWF membership ID card linked to their profiles in both the global and Ukrainian instructor databases. As a bonus, participants will gain access to a comprehensive Instructor’s Guide for professional training and receive support in establishing their own Nordic Walking Fitness Club through LET'S GO or the Ukrainian Nordic Walking Association. Please note that mastery of basic Nordic Walking techniques is required for successful completion of the course. The course is led by two expert trainers: Snizhana Bezeha, Head of LET'S GO Nordic Walking Club, NWWCup sports judge, fitness trainer, and nutrition coach with Nordic Walking experience since 2013, and Eteri Zhdanova, a specialist in movement rehabilitation, head of LET’S GO educational academy, NWWCup sports judge, with Nordic Walking experience since 2016.
