Learn the basics of Nordic Walking, including its benefits, techniques, and medical applications, as well as fascia and injury prevention.

Additional information

The course combines both theoretical and practical sessions, providing a well-rounded learning experience. It takes place at Studio Marsz Po Zdrowie in Poznań, located at Mikstacka 18, on March 8, 2025, starting at 09:00. The course will be conducted in Polish and is limited to 10 participants to ensure a personalized approach. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an official recognition certificate as a Nordic Walking Trainer specializing in medical and functional training. To participate, you must have basic Nordic Walking skills. Additionally, you will receive an Instructor's Guide, offering practical exercises and methodology, as well as networking opportunities with experienced trainers and healthcare professionals. Further advanced training modules within the NWPL system will also be available. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge and enhance your professional skills in Nordic Walking.
