
Nordic Walking as a form of physical recreation for seniors

As the analysis of the survey shows, the vast majority of respondents are middle-aged women. Nordic Walikng is such a form of physical activity, which is aimed at a very wide range of exercisers, diverse in age as well as fitness. Practicing this type of sport has a significant impact on a person's health, well-being, as well as on the whole of daily life. Participation in various forms of activity develops a person's health capabilities and is an excellent means of forming interpersonal ties, as well as an important element in the socio-cultural development of our civilization.
