🔥 SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3 – RACE DAY

The main competition day runs from 08:30 to 17:00, followed by the evening celebration of the Czech Nordic Walking League. 🇨🇿 🏆

🥢 08:45–09:45 – check-in of registered competitors
📝 08:45–09:30 – on-site registration
🎓 09:15 & 09:30 – demonstrations of correct Nordic Walking technique and instruction with experienced NW instructors
🎉 09:45 – official opening ceremony
🔥 10:00 – group warm-up
👧 10:10 – children's race for the youngest participants – Nordic Walking & running
🏆 10:30 – START of the 10 km Nordic Walking race, followed by 5 km starts in waves according to age categories
🥇 14:00 – 5 km & 10 km awards ceremony + prize draw
⚡ 15:00 – relay presentation
🔥 15:20 – relay warm-up
😈 15:30 – START OF THE NORDIC WALKING RELAYS!
🏆 Relay awards will take place as soon as possible after the competition.
