Today, we celebrate something much bigger than a certification.

Today, Serbia welcomes its very first ONWF Nordic Walking Instructor.

Please join us in welcoming Angelina Zatezalo to the international ONWF family! 🥢🌍

Angelina is not only an experienced Nordic Walking athlete. She is a remarkable woman whose journey proves that passion, determination, and belief in movement can change lives.

For more than five years, Nordic Walking has been an important part of her life. She proudly represented Serbia at the World Nordic Walking Championships in Poland in 2023 and 2024 in the para-athlete category and successfully completed World League events in Tirano, Poland, Štrbské Pleso, and Agadir.

🏆 Her achievements include:
🥇 1st Place – Vrnjačka Banja
🥉 3rd Place – Danube Half Marathon (10 km)
🏅 4th Place – World League Tirano (21 km)

But today, we celebrate something even greater.

By becoming an ONWF Instructor, Angelina joins a global educational movement that is transforming Nordic Walking in more than 30 countries around the world.

Through the ONWF educational system, instructors learn:

🥢 The internationally recognized "4 Steps to Learn Nordic Walking" methodology, allowing people to understand and enjoy Nordic Walking from their very first session.

🥢 How to teach safe, effective, and evidence-based Nordic Walking techniques under the standards of the World Original Nordic Walking Federation.

🥢 How to create and develop Nordic Walking Fitness Clubs — an innovative concept that combines endurance, strength, coordination, functional training, and outdoor fitness, revolutionizing Nordic Walking worldwide.

🥢 How to build local communities that inspire people of all ages and abilities to become more active, healthier, and happier.

Every new instructor means hundreds of future participants discovering the benefits of Nordic Walking.
