ABOUT ME

I am an experienced Nordic walking athlete, instructor and ONWF Master Trainer, with a strong focus on technically correct and efficient Nordic Walking. My Nordic walking journey began in 2022, when I took part in the Polish Half Marathon Championships in my hometown of Tarnowskie Góry. Encouraged by the result, I began systematic training with "Nordic Sport 2021" and soon became actively involved in competitive Nordic Walking. Since then, I have been competing for five seasons, taking part in Polish, Croatian and Czech competitions, World Cup events, national and international championships, as well as World and continental competitions. Since 2024, I have been a member of NWC Spalatum in Split, Croatia, where I have also actively led Nordic Walking training sessions for club members. Education has always been an important part of my development. In 2024, I obtained my INWA Instructor and Trainer qualifications and completed the INWA referee course. In 2025, I became an ONWF Instructor, followed in 2026 by ONWF Judge and Master Trainer qualifications. I have gained valuable experience working with people with different abilities and needs. I have led technical Nordic Walking sessions for people with lower-limb prostheses, visually impaired participants and people recovering after cancer treatment. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt Nordic Walking techniques to individual needs and abilities. In 2026, as part of NWC Spalatum, I also conducted a charitable Nordic walking training session supporting WOŚP Croatia, combining my passion for the sport with community involvement. Throughout my Nordic Walking journey, one thing has remained unchanged: my commitment to proper technique. I have devoted many years to training, education and refining her own movement, believing that speed and good technique should never be separated. My favourite distance is the half marathon – a distance that allows me to combine speed, endurance and, most importantly, technically correct Nordic Walking over many kilometres. Among my sporting achievements, I particularly value the „green cards” awarded by judges for technically correct Nordic Walking. For me, they represent something more important than simply being fast: the ability to maintain quality of movement while competing at a high level. As an ONWF Master Trainer, I want to share this experience with others and show that Nordic walking can be much more than walking with poles. It can be fast, powerful, efficient – and technically correct.
