Effects of selected training modalities on lower limb muscle function and exercise tolerance in patients with chromotrophy
29 Mar 2025
In studies conducted, strength and aerobic training has been shown to increase gait distance and improve muscle strength to a greater extent than previous rehabilitation methods used in patients with stasis chroma.
Strength and endurance training increases the walking distance and improves the strength of the knee flexor and extensor muscles and the dorsal and soleus flexor muscles of the ankle and shin joint to a greater extent than treadmill training and Nordic Walking training.
Each of the rehabilitation programmes conducted had a beneficial effect on the endurance and muscle strength of the patients with stopping spells.
