15 Aug 2024
This study explores the effectiveness of supervised vs. non-supervised Nordic walking in patients with chronic low back pain. Over 130 patients were randomly assigned to supervised Nordic walking, unsupervised walking, or general activity advice. While no statistically significant differences were found, the supervised group consistently showed better outcomes in pain and function over 12 months.
