NORDIC WALKING IN THE OPINION OF CLASS PARTICIPANTS

Based on the study, the following conclusions can be made:
1. Participants in Nordic walking classes in Barlinek are mostly 51-55 years old.
2. The overwhelming percentage of participants have been attending classes for 2 years, despite the fact that Nordic walking in Poland already existed in 2004.
3) Among the respondents, the largest percentage are those who devote 4 hours a week to Nordic walking classes.
4) The majority of respondents (with some exceptions) believe that Nordic walking is an attractive form of exercise, however, due to weather conditions, most respondents practice this form of exercise only seasonally.
5. The vast majority of Nordic walking participants have their own equipment.
