😍🔥 First ever Nordic Walking biomechanics study in Uruguay! 🥢We are very happy to share an exceptional news! As part of the 18th 3DAHM International Symposium, the FIRST ever Nordic Walking biomechanics study was conducted in Uruguay! 🥳A research team from the Núcleo de Investigación en Biomecánica at Hospital Clínicas, led by Darío Santos and Leonardo Peyré-Tartaruga of the University of Pavia (Italy), with the support of Caminata Nórdica Uruguay ONWF president, Carlos Ferreyra, made history! 📜🌍The research took place at the state-of-the-art Biomechanical Engineering Center (NIB) at the University of the Republic (UDELAR). This is a groundbreaking step to better understand the benefits and opportunities that Nordic Walking brings to our bodies and health. 💪We are now eagerly awaiting the official results of the study, which will bring us even closer to a scientific view of this wonderful activity!🎉 Congratulations to the entire research team and a big thank you to Carlos Ferreyr for his tremendous support and partnership in this unique event!📸 Below are some photos from this historic event.Nordic Walking is changing the world - one step at a time! 🦯🌟

😍 THE MAGIC OF NORDIC WALKING 🥢 AND THE JOY OF CHILDREN! 😍Sometimes all it takes is a simple idea, a little passion and support to create something special.... 💙 Thanks to the cooperation Nordic Walking Poland with Ministerstwo Sportu i Turystyki under the “Club” program, there were able to implement as many as 70 hours of Nordic Walking classes for more than 140 children! 👧👦💪Who would have thought that Nordic Walking poles could be the key to such an amazing adventure? 🤩 The joy, laughter and energy of the little ones while playing and exercising with the poles is a sight that will stay in our hearts forever. ❤️📸 In the photos, you can see how much fun children had with a variety of activities - from movement games, to walking technique, to group integration games. These moments showed that Nordic Walking is more than just a sport - it's a tool that connects generations and develops a love of physical activity from an early age.We are proud that Nordic Walking inspired the children and showed that a healthy lifestyle is all about fun and enjoyment! 🎉Thank you to everyone who was involved in this amazing project.
