Effects of Nordic Walking on Physical Fitness in Patients with Cancer: A Systematic Review

This 2025 systematic review analyzed dozens of clinical studies to evaluate the impact of Nordic Walking on the physical fitness, fatigue, and quality of life of cancer patients. The results showed that regular Nordic Walking sessions improve aerobic capacity, reduce cancer-related fatigue, and enhance emotional well-being. The review recommends Nordic Walking as a safe, evidence-based, non-pharmacological intervention for cancer rehabilitation and survivorship care.
