CONCLUSIONS
(1) The study shows that systematic participation of people with Parkinson's disease in Nordic walking activities has a beneficial effect on improving upper limb fitness.
2.The results prove that Nordic walking increases the mobility of people with Parkinson's disease, lasting up to 5 months after exercise.
3. Nordic walking is an effective and safe way to increase the activity of people with Parkinson's disease and improve their quality of life.
