Conclusions:
1. Nordic Walking training contributed statistically significantly to the reduction of body weight and caused a decrease in BMI in the entire study group.
2. Changes were noticed in blood cholesterol levels among the women studied and were statistically significant.
3. changes were noticed in blood glucose levels among the women studied, but they were not statistically significant.
4. Nordic Walking can be used, as an effective weight reduction workout and a safe method in the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases and lipid disorders.
