29 Mar 2025
Conclusions of the study:
1. the vast majority of turnout participants believe that the use of Nordic Walking poles improves physical fitness.
2) The vast majority of respondents felt that the use of Nordic Walking produces a positive feeling such as satisfaction, a few people indicated feeling joy and a few people could not specify their feelings.
3. all turnout participants liked the use of poles in the morning exercises (although not all of them felt an improvement in their physical condition and cannot indicate positive emotions - whatever they did not indicate negative ones).
4 The majority of people say they will use the poles in the future.
