SUBJECTIVE EVALUATION OF NORDIC WALKING TRAINING AS A COMPONENT OF COMPREHENSIVE REHABILITATION
28 Mar 2025
Studies indicate that Nordic Walking can be implemented into rehabilitation programs as a complement to other methods, due to its effectiveness in affecting exercise tolerance and improving physical fitness. According to people who practice Nordic Walking, it is a safe and effective form, after which they feel good and show a desire to continue in their places behind their homes. Nordic Walking can be used by both older people, who appreciated the two extra points of support and effective joint relief, and younger people, who can increase their body's fitness in this way. Age and gender do not matter. Nordic Walking is a new, fashionable, “colorful” and attractive physical activity that increases motivation for an active lifestyle, regardless of the condition.
