What do the people of Poznan think about Nordic Walking?

The analysis of the presented research material allowed to answer the research questions:1. The participants of Nordic walking classes are mostly women with higher education in the age range of 51-60 years.2. The most frequent motives for attending Nordic walking classes are health care, well-being improvement and the need for movement.3. Participation in Nordic walking classes results in many benefits in the physical and mental sphere. Respondents observed mainly improvement in cardiovascular and respiratory capacity and motor coordination. Nordic walking provides relaxation, improves mood and reduces stress.4. Participants of Nordic walking classes declare their desire to engage in this form of physical activity mainly for pleasure.
