The theoretical component provides you with the scientific and methodological foundations of Nordic Walking. You will also receive full online access to written manuals and video demonstrations of exercises.

The course concludes with a final theoretical and practical exam, after which each participant receives an international certificate and an official entry into the International Instructor Database. All training materials, including written guides and video demonstrations, remain available after the course to support continuous development. No previous instructor qualification is required – only enthusiasm and a passion for Nordic Walking and fitness.
