Effects of Nordic Walking compared to Conventional Walking and Band-Based Resistance Exercise on Fitness in Older Adults

The results of this study indicate that both Nordic Walking and conventional walking are beneficial for older people. However, Nordic Walking provides additional benefits in muscle strength compared to classical walking, making it suitable for improving aerobic capacity and muscle strength in a relatively short period of time.
